The learned Government Pleader submitted that the

entire salary due to the petitioner has already been paid and therefore, that this contempt case is not deserving of being further prosecuted by the petitioner.

Smt.Elizebath George – learned counsel for the petitioner, affirms the afore; but submitted that since the order issued by the respondent is not in consonance with the directions, one of the other respondents in the writ petition has filed another writ petition.

Recording the afore, I close this contempt case; leaving liberty to all the parties to impel and invoke all the remedies, including in the pending writ petition, for which purpose, all contentions are also left open.
