protection. Though notice was served to the 2nd respondent, none appeared.
“If there is any threat to the life of the petitioner on the side of the second respondent while carrying out irrigation of his cardamom cultivation situated in 2.54 Ares of land in Survey No.150/1 of Ayyappancoil Village, the police shall ensure that such obstruction is prevented.”
Making the interim order dated 14.01.2020 as absolute, the writ petition is disposed of.
