The petitioners approached this Court challenging the ceiling proceedings initiated by 2^nd respondent- The Taluk Land Board, Thaliparamba. The petitioners would submit that these proceedings are illegal.

The learned Government Pleader on instructions would submit that hearing is scheduled on 26.02.2020. In such circumstances, the petitioners requested the expeditious conclusion of the proceedings, so as to enable them to transact with their property, though, the petitioners have raised many contentions before this Court. In such circumstances, it is appropriate that the Taluk Land Board addresses all these issues and conclude the proceedings within a period of three months.

This writ petition is disposed of as above.
