The petitioner, alleging police harassment, approached
this Court. Her son is involved in a crime. Her case is that on account of registration of the crime against her son, she is being harassed. It appears that her son approached the Sessions Court, Ernakulam and obtained Anticipatory Bail.
that the police had not harassed the petitioner and the police had gone to her house in search of her son. I find there is no truth in the allegations of police harassment.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observations as above.
