ORDER
By order dated 13.02.2020 in Report No.86 in C.P.No.56 of 2000, the Final Accounts of the company in liquidation was ordered to be forwarded to the Local Fund Examiner for audit. Now, the Official Liquidator has filed this compliance report,
wherein it is stated as follows;
“It is respectfully submitted that this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 13.02.2020 forwarded the final accounts to the Local Fund Examiner for audit. Accordingly, the accounts for the period from 01.10.2019 to 31.12.2019 in respect of the above named company (in liquidation) has been audited by the Joint Director, Kerala State Audit Department, District Audit Office, Ernakulam and submitted the report and certificate of Audit vide their letter dated 07.03.2020. As per the report of Joint Director, Kerala State Audit Department, Official Liquidator has to remit Rs.10/- (Rupees ten only) to the Government of Kerala towards Audit fee to audit of accounts for the above said period. The said amount has been remitted on 29.01.2021.”
