Petitioner owner of a landed property as per sale deed No.593/2016 of SRO Peringome, has submitted an application seeking possession certificate evident from Ext.P2 receipt, and Ext.P3 application seeking to accept land tax, which are pending consideration. It is in this background seeking appropriate direction to the respective statutory authorities this writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,

learned Government Pleader and perused the documents on record and the pleadings put forth. Since the applications are pending consideration before the respondents, I think it is only appropriate that, a direction can be issued to the said respondents to take a decision on the said applications. Therefore, there will be a direction to the competent among the respondents to take on board applications pertaining
