J U D G M E N T
This contempt case is filed by the petitioner complaining that the directions contained in the judgment dated 04.08.2016, is not complied with by the respondent. The respondent has filed an affidavit stating that, amount due to the first petitioner is already released and amounts due to the other petitioners are under process, since certain official documents could be collected by the respondents only subsequent dues. In view of the order passed on the basis of the directions issued by this court dated 07.09.2016, I do not think that any purpose will be served by pursuing the contempt any further. In that view of the matter, the contempt case is closed, leaving open the liberty of the petitioner, to challenge
