This review petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to review the judgment basically contending that while passing the judgment it was directed that no policy decision shall be taken till the appeal is considered by the State Government. I also think that an omission has taken place accordingly. The writ petition was disposed of directing to take decision on Ext.P5 appeal filed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. Therefore, I think it is only appropriate that the 4^th respondent or the Administrative Committee in power shall not taken any policy decision, till such time.

Review petition is disposed of accordingly, with the above said clarification.
