JUDGMENT
This contempt case is filed by the petitioners complaining that the directions issued by this court in the judgment dated 23.05.2016, is not complied with by the respondent. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the respondent submitted an order dated 06.09.2016 from which it is discernible that the direction issued by this Court is complied with. Therefore, I do not find any reason to pursue any further, the contempt application.
Therefore, Contempt of Court Case is closed, leaving open the liberty of the petitioners to challenge the order dated 06.09.2016, if they are advised so.
