J U D G M E N T

The complaint of the petitioner is regarding unauthorized parking of Auto Rickshaws in front of his shop. The petitioner is conducting a provision shop at the Government Hospital Junction, Mallappally, in building No.IV/136D of Mallappally Grama Panchayat. According to the petitioner, during the year 2008, he had filed a complaint before the 2^nd respondent about the unauthorized parking of Auto Rickshaws in front of his shop. The 2^nd respondent then conducted a site inspection and issued Ext.P1 indicating a proper place for the parking of Auto Rickshaws. The petitioner complains that Ext.P1 is not being implemented and that the Auto Rickshaws are still being parked in front of his shop.

submits that the matter was got enquired into by the 5^th respondent and directions have been issued, not to park Auto Rickshaws in front of the petitioner's shop. Therefore, it is submitted that the petitioner’s grievance has been redressed.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to abide by the arrangements stipulated in Ext.P1 and the directions of the 5^th respondent in this regard.
