JUDGMENT
The counsel for the first respondent submits that though a conditional interim order had been granted in this case on 12-3-2012, the conditions have not been complied with. The counsel for the petitioner is not able to say whether the conditions have been complied with. The counsel also pleads that there is no instructions from the petitioner. In the above circumstances this writ petition is dismissed for default.
