Alleging non compliance of the interim order passed on 8.7.2009 in W.A. 2144/2008, this contempt case is preferred. Since final judgment has been rendered subsequently on 13.1.2010, wherein reference is made to the interim order in para 13 of the judgment virtually, this interim order has been merged with the final judgment.
