JUDGMENT
The petitioner has filed this Contempt of Court Case
aggrieved by the disobedience of the directions issued by this Court in Annexure A9 judgment. Purportedly in compliance with the order, an order was passed. It was complained in the Contempt Case that the order is passed disobeying the findings rendered by this Court in Annexure A9 judgment.

a post of Part Time Sweeper in the Office of the Assistant Public Prosecutor, Sulthan Bathery with effect from 18.6.2001 by invoking Rule 39 of KS & SSR and to regularise the service of the petitioner as Part Time Sweeper from the said date and pay her arrears of salary due to her on regularisation as Part Time Sweeper.
In the light of the above, the Contempt of Court Case is
closed.
