The Review Petition is filed by the respondents in the Writ
Petition, aggrieved by the directions issued in the last paragraph of the judgment to disburse an amount of Rs.58,925/- to the petitioner.
disputed portion of the liability was only Rs.40,800/- and not Rs.58,925/-. There was no dispute regarding Rs.18,125/-. It is also averred in the Review Petition that in compliance of the judgment, an amount of Rs.40,800 was already released to the 1st respondent/petitioner.
also submitted that the said amount has been released and the undisputed portion is only Rs.40,800/-.
