1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Raneshwar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025, for the offence under Sections 103 (1) / 238 of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. It has been alleged that informant’s husband was murdered by some unknown persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated on the basis of suspicion and on the basis of some tower location of mobile, which does not disclose that there was any talks or any dispute between the petitioner and the deceased. It is further submitted that the circumstantial evidence collected during investigation are not sufficient to establish the complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence of murder. No motive has been attributed against the petitioner. Petitioner was arrested and his confessional statement was extracted as well as one lathi has been managed alleged to be used in commission of murder of the deceased. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that petitioner is in judicial custody since 11.06.2025. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in trial of the case and also abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed in the matter of granting bail to

the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

5. Learned Addl.P.P appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner, but he has not pointed out any material circumstances showing the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Dumka, in connection with Raneshwar P.S. Case No. 07 of 2025.

7. The bail application is hereby allowed.
