The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Giridih (T) P.S. Case No.132 of 2022, arising out of S.T. Case No. 43 of 2026 registered for offence under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/324 /307/364/379 of I.P.C., pending before the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Giridih.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2025. There is allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused persons intercepted the informant along with his son and get knife injuries to them. The injuries are found to be simple in nature. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of

injury, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail.
