2. The petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Complaint Case No.1214 of 2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 9, 44, 49(B), 50, 51, 52 of Wild Life Protection Act, 1972, which is pending in the Court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and they were alleged to be apprehended with 3.6 KGs of Pangolin Scales. Petitioners have no criminal antecedents and the petitioners undertake to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioners may be admitted to bail.

4. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioners.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the nature of allegation against the petitioners, I find substance in the contentions

raised on behalf of petitioners. Therefore, the prayer for bail of the petitioners are allowed on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Complaint Case No.1214 of 2025.

6. Accordingly, this Bail Application is allowed.
