and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner has moved for grant of bail in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No.160 of 2025, registered for offence under Sections 305 & 331(3) of the B.N.S., pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Hazaribagh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in judicial custody since 01.11.2025. It is alleged that 147.20 gram jewellery was recovered from the possession of the petitioner but the same was not put under T.I.P. Therefore, there is no connection of the allegedly stolen article recovered from the possession of the petitioner with the present incident. It has been submitted that Mukesh Kumar & Santu Kumar have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court in B.A. No. 979 of 2026 and B.A. No. 1274 of 2026 respectively. The petitioner undertakes to cooperate in the trial of the case and abide by all terms and conditions which may be imposed. Hence, the petitioner may be admitted to bail.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to release the above-named petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1^st Class, Hazaribagh, in connection with Keredari P.S. Case No.160 of 2025.

Accordingly, the instant bail application stands allowed.
