1. The petitioners have claimed themselves as members of displaced persons and prayer has been made for issuance of Vikash Pustika.

2. It appears that there is Revised Rehabilitation Policy of 2012 of the State Government whereby a scheme has been framed for issuance of Vikash Pustika for helping the displaced persons.

In view of nature of the prayer, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of giving liberty to the petitioners to approach before the Respondent No.5 i.e. Rehabilitation Officer No.2, Chandil, Subernarekha Multipurpose Project, Seraikella-Kharsawan within three weeks from today. 4. Petitioners are directed to supply the details of their claim to the Respondent No.5 and the Respondent No.5 in turn is directed to consider the claim of the petitioners and pass a reasoned order within six weeks thereafter.

5. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
