02/ 10.02.2023 . Instant criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed for modification of order dated 16.12.2022 passed in A.B.A. No.9075 of 2022 arising out of Complaint Case No.1133 of 2019 for extension of time of surrender in the Court below for a period of two weeks.
It is submitted by learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that due to some unavoidable circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the time stipulated before the learned court below, therefore, the prayer has been made for extension of period of surrender.
Considering the grounds taken, petitioner is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of two weeks from today.
Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is allowed.
