Heard both the sides.
The petitioner- Sarabjeet Singh is in custody since 02.12.2022 in connection with Pathalgadda P.S. Case No. 55 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 20 of NDPS Act pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, NDPS cases, Chatra.
It is submitted by the learned counsel on behalf of petitioner that small quantity of cannabis had been seized from the house of this petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail.
Under the circumstances, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/-(Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below.
