Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioners named above have been made accused in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 82 of 2020 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 82, 83 of the Indian Registration Act.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the venders of the sale deed and the main allegation against them is that they were not the bonafide title holders and had transferred the property on the basis of forged rent receipt. The petitioners belong to the same family tree and there is no material to show that the sale has been executed fraudulently.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
