Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 420, 465, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the main allegation is the stolen motorcycle which was seized from the possession of two persons one of them has already been enlarged on bail by this Court. There is further allegation that one pistol and cartridge has been seized from the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.10.2022.
Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
