Amit Singh Alias Amit Kr Singh Vs the State of Jharkhand

The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Dhanbad Mahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 323, 504, 506, 34, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/ 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was enlarged on conditional bail on depositing Rs. 8 Lakh but he could not manage to deposit the same and he was later on arrested. The marriage was solemnized on 24.06.2021. Omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner including the allegation that he had illicit relationship with one Mamta Kumari.

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
