- It has been submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that the defect(s) as pointed out by the office has already been removed.
- Apprehending his arrest, the applicant has approached this Court for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail, in connection with Sindri P.S. Case No.93 of 2022, registered for the offence under Sections 147/ 148/ 149/ 452/ 427/ 341/ 323/ 307/ 379 of IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
- Innocence has been claimed and undertaking has been given for cooperation with the investigating agency and participation in the trial. It has been submitted that from the same set of incidents, three different F.I.Rs. have been lodged. On above basis, prayer for anticipatory bail has been made.
