Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. Defect No. 9(i), as pointed out by the office, is ignored.
The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 8002 of 2020.
It appears that in course of trial the informant who has been examined as P.W. 1 and the victim who has been examined as P.W. 2 have been declared hostile by the prosecution. The petitioner is in custody since 24.02.2020
Regard being had to the fact that the allegations against the petitioner has been diluted in view of the evidence of P.W. 1 and P.W. 2, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with POCSO Case No. 51 of 2020 (Kanke P.S. Case No. 40 of 2020).
