The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected at that stage in B.A. No. 8197 of 2021.
The petitioner appears to be in custody since 29.01.2021.
Regard being had to the period of custody and the observation made earlier, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 140 of 2020 (G.R. No. 770 of 2020).
