03/18.11.2022 Perused the letter no. 690 dated 9.11.2022, in which a prayer has been made for extending the period for conclusion of trial for a further period of six months.
It appears that out of nine chargesheet witnesses, two witnesses have been examined as yet. However, taking into consideration the contents of the letter, under reference, the period for conclusion of trial is extended for a further period of four months from today.
