The petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021, for the offence under Sections 419, 420,467, 468, 471 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 (B), 66 (C ), 66 (D) & 84 (C ) of the Information Technology Act, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar.

On 03.12.2021, petitioner was apprehended alongwith other accused persons on suspicion that he was cyber criminal.

Three mobile phones and A.T.M Cards were recovered from the

possession of this petitioner.

From the case diary, it appears that several e-wallets were created using the SIM Card so recovered from the mobile phone of the petitioner.

It further appears that there was huge transaction of money, shown in his passbook.

¶16

However, the Investigating Officer has not reported the statement of any person to whom the petitioner had cheated.

Regard being had to the facts of the case, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 108 of 2021.
