Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 328/ 2019, arising out of Jasidih P.S. Case No. 364/2019, registered under Sections 341/ 323/ 452/ 504/ 506/ 354/ 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a/ 26/ 27/ 35 of the Arms Act and learned court below has taken cognizance under Sections 341/ 323/ 452/ 504/ 506/ 307/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B) a/ 26/ 27/ 35 of the Arms Act , pending in the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Deoghar.
On 16/06/2019, accused persons fired at brother-in-law of the informant due to which he sustained firearm injuries. Specific allegation of firing is against Sonu Yadav.
It was submitted that Sonu Yadav has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this court.
Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Deoghar in connection with S.T. Case No. 328/ 2019, arising out of Jasidih P.S. Case No. 364/2019.
