Heard, learned counsel for the appellants/claimants, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma and learned counsel for the respondent/ National Insurance Company Ltd., Mr. Niraj Narayan Mishra assisted by Mr. Rajiv Ranjan Pandey, Law Officer.

After a thorough discussion in between the parties, respondent- National Insurance Company Ltd. has agreed to pay a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,30,000/- to be paid to the claimants by way of final settlement in addition to the award along with interest awarded by the learned Tribunal.

Learned counsel for the appellants/claimants, Mr. Vijay Kumar Sharma has accepted the proposal.

Considering the same, mediation in the aforesaid Misc. Appeal is successful. Accordingly, the aforesaid Misc. Appeal stands disposed of.

Respondent/ National Insurance Company Ltd. is directed to satisfy a lumpsum amount of Rs.1,30,000/- by way of final settlement to the claimants within a period of 30 days from today in addition to the award along with interest awarded by the learned Tribunal.

The parties are informed that the Court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
