Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Prashant Kumar Rai has submitted that he wants to withdraw this criminal miscellaneous petition, which has been filed for modification of the order dated 28.03.2019 passed by this Court in A.B.A. No.7894/2018, as the petitioner has been taken into custody.
Mr. Ashok Kumar, A.P.P. appearing for the State has submitted that this petition has become infructuous.
