The parties have settled their dispute on the lump sum of Rs. 3,75,000/- to be paid to the claimant in addition to the award along with interest as awarded by the learned Tribunal.

Considering the same, the Mediation is successful.

The Insurance Company is directed to pay Rs. 3,75,000/- as lump sum to the claimant in addition to the award along with interest as awarded by the learned Tribunal within a period of 30 days.
