This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Cr.M.P. No.383 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the order dated 16.08.2021, vehicle number has been wrongly typed as JH-02AD-7017 in place of JH-02AD-7817.
Mr. Prabhu Dayal Agrawal, learned Spl.P.P. for the State also accepts this position and submits that this has happened inadvertently. He further submits that in the earlier Cr.M.P., vehicle number was mentioned as JH02AD-7817.
In view of the above facts and considering that in the order dated 16.08.2021, the vehicle number has been wrongly typed as JH-02AD-7017 in place of JH-02AD-7817, the order dated 16.08.2021 passed in Cr.M.P. No.383 of 2021 is modified to the extent that the vehicle number is JH-02AD-7817.
Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 16.08.2021.
Accordingly, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
