/07.10.2021 Heard Mr. Sidhant Singh, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. Ravi Prakash the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from liver syrosis and has been advised for liver transplantation. He submits that the petitioner is an employee and unnecessarily the FIR has been lodged against the petitioner. According to him, the petitioner has not misappropriated the amount in question. These are the submission of the learned counsel which can be considered by the trial court at appropriate stage. He fairly submits that he will take all the grounds before the trial court at appropriate stage and seeks permission to withdraw this petition.
Mr. Ravi Prakash, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State has got no objection for the same.
Accordingly, the instant petition is permitted to be withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
Cr.M.P. No.2300 of 2021 stands disposed of.
