02/08.10.2021. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that defect nos. 1 and 2 have already been removed. He further submits that he will remove defect no.4, in course of the day.
Defect no.3 is ignored.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition being W.P.(S) No.1533 of 2020 for paper publication, the present petitioner, namely, Harinath Mahto was added as Hiranath Mahto as respondent no.62 in the said writ petition. He further submits that however the petitioner is a successful candidate in 6th JPSC, he has appeared and Vakalatnama has also been filed on his behalf as Harinath Mahto and that is why this petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.06.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No.1533 of 2020.
Mr. Deepankar, learned counsel for the State submits that this has happened inadvertently. He further submits that the mistake may be cured.
In views of the above facts and considering that the petitioner is one of the successful candidate and his name is Harinath Mahto and inadvertently his name has been typed as Hiranath Mahto in place of Harinath Mahto. Accordingly, the order dated 07.06.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No.1533 of 2020 is modified to the above extent.
Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 07.06.2021.
Accordingly, this petition stands allowed and disposed of.
