This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of

order dated 02.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 17 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in para 4 of the order dated 02.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 17 of 2021 it has wrongly been typed that the petitioner no. 1 has retired on 31.12.2020 whereas the petitioner no.1 is going to retire on 31.12.2022. He submits that in para 6 of the writ petition the same has been correctly described.

Learned counsel for the opposite parties have got no object if the aforesaid order is modified.

Accordingly, the date of retirement of the petitioner no. 1 be read as 31.12.2022 in place of 31.12.2020 in order dated 02.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 17 of 2021.

The order dated 02.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 17 of 2021 is

modified to the above extent and let it be treated as part of order dated

02.03.2021.

The C.M.P. No. 129 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed of.
