This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed for modification of order dated 05.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 281 of 2021.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in para 4 of the order dated 05.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 281 of 2021 it has wrongly been typed that the petitioner has been superannuated from the post of Head Master in place of Assistant Teacher. He submits that in paras 1 and 6 of the writ petition the same has been correctly described.
Learned counsel for the State has got no object if the aforesaid order is modified.
Accordingly, let the post of the petitioner be read as Assistant Teacher in place of Head Master in para 4 in order dated 05.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 281 of 2021.
The order 05.03.2021 passed in W.P.(S) No. 281 of 2021 is modified to the above extent and let it be treated as part of order dated 05.03.2021.
The C.M.P. No. 140 of 2021 stands allowed and disposed of.
