It appears that pursuant to the order dated 03.04.2019 passed in W. P. (S) No. 3950 of 2014, a reasoned order has been passed on 01.10.2019 rejecting the claim of the petitioner and it is a fresh cause of action and as such, the petitioner is permitted to challenge the same in accordance with law.
In view of the above discussion, the present contempt petition is, hereby, disposed of and proceedings are dropped.
