The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/18.01.2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State. The petitioner is accused in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 539 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi .

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 24.11.2019. It has been further submitted that FIR has been lodged against unknown, but after investigation on the confession of the coaccused namely Amit Kumar, his name has surfaced in this case. The co-accused Amit Kumar has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B. A. No. 2199 of 2020 vide order dated 16.03.2020. The co-accused Amit Kumar has stated that he has purchased the vehicle from Amit Kumar Singh and not from this petitioner.

On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Regarding being facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 539 of 2019 subject to the condition that the petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
