The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Noamundi P. S. Case No. 11 of 2019 corresponding to S. T. No. 197 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge- IV, Chaibasa.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2019. There is general and omnibus allegation against 6 to 7 named persons and 20 to 30 unknown persons. On that ground, prayer for bail has been made.

On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that the petitioner is named accused and as such he does not deserve bail.

Perused the record. It appears that specific allegation is against another coaccused namely Mahendra Purty, who has instigated the crowd for killing the deceased. Although the petitioner has been named in the FIR, but there is no specific allegation against this petitioner.

Considering the material available on record, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge- IV, Chaibasa, in connection with Noamundi P. S. Case No. 11 of 2019 corresponding to S. T. No. 197 of 2019 subject to the condition that petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
