The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objection with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/06.01.2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Senha P. S. Case No. 68 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 594 of 2019 (S.T. No. 127 of 2019) pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga.

It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that applicant is in custody since 04.09.2019. F. I. R. has been lodged against 15 persons out of which most of them have already been granted bail. The co-accused persons namely Ashish Toppo, Dhani Oraon, Sanicharwa Oraon, Pradeep Oraon, Sandeep Mahto @ Sandeep Gope, Dilip Mahto @ Dilip Gope, Dinesh Mahto @ Dines Gope and Bhuneshwar @ Bhuneshwar Yadav have been granted bail in B. A. No. 3812 of 2020 vide order dated 08.07.2020, B. A. No. 3827 of 2020 vide order dated 06.07.2020, B. A. No. 4584 of 2020 vide order dated 10.08.2020, B. A. No. 4974 of 2020 vide order dated 30.09.2020 and B. A. No. 3681 of 2020 vide order dated 02.07.2020 respectively.

On the other hand, learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the fact that similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court and considering the period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II, Lohardaga, in connection with Senha P. S. Case No. 68 of 2019 corresponding to G. R. No. 594 of 2019 (S.T. No. 127 of 2019) subject to the condition that the petitioner will submit self attested copy of his Aadhar Card and also give his mobile number before the learned court below which he will not change during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
