The matter was taken up through Video Conferencing. Learned counsel for the parties had no objections with it and submitted that the audio and video qualities are good.

03/06.01.2021 : The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioners in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No.10 of 2020, registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 27.05.2020. Although FIR has been lodged under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC and after investigation the charge-sheet has been submitted under Sections 306/34 of the IPC. One of the similarly situated co-accused person namely Eris Soreng has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2020 passed in B.A. No.6328 of 2020.

Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the fact that similarly situated person has already been granted bail, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1^st Class, Gumla in connection with Kamdara P.S. Case No.10 of 2020, subject to condition that the petitioners will submit self-attested photocopy of their Aadhar Card and also

submit their mobile numbers before the learned court below which they will always keep active and not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
