The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.199 of 2020.
It has been alleged that the motor-cycle of the informant was stolen by thieves.
The petitioner seems to have been implicated on the confession of Aman Kumar Bhuiyan and he is in custody since 07.12.2020.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.199 of 2020.
