The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 84/2018, arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 51/2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 193/2018.
It has been alleged that the money, mobile and document of the informant and his friend were looted by the miscreants.
The petitioner was not identified in the Test Identification Parade and he has been implicated on suspicion. Some of the co-accused persons namely Rohan Kumar Singh and Badal Sardar have been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 695 of 2018 and B.A. No. 2699 of 2019 respectively. The petitioner is in custody since 07.03.2018.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned District and Additional Sessions Judge-II, Seraikella in connection with S.T. Case No. 84/2018, arising out of Adityapur P.S. Case No. 51/2018, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 193/2018.
