02/15.01.2020 Heard Mr. R.C.P. Sah, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Srabani Sannyal, learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Tiruldih P.S. Case No. 03/2019.
The petitioner had applied for a loan to purchase a tractor. It has been alleged that Rs. 7,00,000/- was sanctioned and credited in the account of the petitioner and after some installments the petitioner stopped making further payment. The loan account of the petitioner became NPA. It has also been alleged that the petitioner disclosed that he does not have an R.C. Book and therefore suspicion has been cast upon the petitioner that he was not intending to repay the loan amount.
From the gamut of the allegations it appears that the same would attract civil consequences as it is with respect to non-payment of the loan taken by the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seraikella in connection with Tiruldih P.S. Case No. 03/2019.
