The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 482 of 2014 corresponding to G. R. No. 5109 of 2014.
It has been alleged that a truck was intercepted which was illegally loaded with 25 tonnes of soft coal. The petitioner appears to be owner of the truck and is in custody since 20.11.2019.
Regard being had to the nature of offence and period of custody, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Ramgarh in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 482 of 2014 corresponding to G. R. No. 5109 of 2014.
