Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015 corresponding to G. R. No. 2493 of 2015, S. T. No. 405 of 2019.
The brother of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons with an axe, lathi and stones. It has been alleged that Surendra Yadav had fired two rounds to ward off the villagers. The petitioner was alleged to be armed with iron rod and in the later part of the FIR it is revealed that he was armed with Tangi. The allegations are general and omnibus in nature and the co-accused namely Rameshwar Yadav has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 3322 of 2017.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge – IV, Giridih, in connection with Dhanwar P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015 corresponding to G. R. No. 2493 of 2015, S. T. No. 405 of 2019.
