The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 29 of 2019 corresponding to NCB Crime No. 09/NCB/Ranchi/2019.
It has been alleged that 56 kg. of Ganja was recovered from a Mahindra Scorpio vehicle. The petitioner appears to be the owner of the vehicle and it appears that he does not have any criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 26.10.2019.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal Judicial Commissioner cum NDPS Judge, Ranchi in connection with NDPS Case No. 29 of 2019 corresponding to NCB Crime No. 09/NCB/Ranchi/2019.
