Heard learned counsels appearing for the respective parties.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Gudri P.S. Case No.06 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.140 of 2017.
It has been alleged that PLFI extremists had committed the murder of Jaimasi Bhuiyan. Two of the eye-witnesses had disclosed about the presence of the accused persons.
The First Information Report reveals specific allegation against Sanichar Surin and Martius @ Mangra Tuti. So far as the petitioner is concerned, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. The said Martius @ Mangra Tuti has already been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.3702 of 2020.
In view of the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Porahat, at Chaibasa in connection with Gudri P.S. Case No.06 of 2017, corresponding to G.R. No.140 of 2017.
